Suppose I have been named Ambassador of the MDGs for Cambodia and The World Bank has issued Cambodia with a Structural Adjustment Loan.

I will be allocated $10 per capita to implement/maintain all 8 MDGs​
 

 

39% of the loan goes to Demining in the country. Making the lowest amount of money goes to HIV/AIDs at 4%.
